Compliance Counsel

Compliance Counsel will provide end-to-end legal support and compliance risk management across the company, including compliance management, contract review, regulatory compliance, policy drafting, legal advisory, and cross-functional compliance training. Responsible for ensuring business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and will coordinate document execution, corporate sealing, and cross-border data transfer matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (NDA, service, sales, procurement, employment, etc.), advising business teams on commercial, labor, data privacy, IP, and regulatory matters, developing internal controls for compliance policies, conducting risk assessments and internal investigations, organizing compliance training, and supporting regulatory inspections and submissions. The position reports to the General Counsel and is located in Plano, TX, USA.
