Compliance Counsel

Compliance Counsel at Greenix Holdings LLC to lead and optimize risk management and regulatory compliance programs, oversee internal litigation with outside counsel, perform risk assessments, develop policies and training, manage incident investigations and reporting to regulators, and collaborate with Field Accountability Compliance Safety, Training, and L&D teams. Responsibilities include contract creation and review across business-wide, vendor, and sales agreements; staying current on industry regulations; generating regular compliance and risk reports for senior management; and advising on regulatory changes and emerging trends to strengthen the company’s compliance framework. Office-based role in Orem, UT with a hybrid schedule considered; emphasis on integrity, confidentiality, and a customer-service mindset. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, strong drafting and communication skills, proficiency with risk/compliance software, and cross-departmental collaboration; JD and bar admission are preferred for seniority and scope.
