Job Summary
Compliance Corrections Specialist responsible for overseeing Centene's corporate ethics and compliance program, performing focused reviews and audits, coordinating with business owners and third parties to drive remediation, maintaining corrective-action plans and milestones in the GRC system, escalating issues as needed, and producing trend analyses for leadership. The role supports governance and regulatory requirements for Government-sponsored health care programs and educates staff to maintain program integrity. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years in managed care/health insurance, with 1+ years in project oversight and familiarity with state/federal laws; CHC certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Managed Care/Health Insurance or related field
- 3+ years experience in Managed Care, Health Care, Health Insurance or related field
- 1+ years experience in project oversight type role with demonstrated ability to drive implementation and influence others (preferred)
- 1+ years experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules and regulations (preferred)
- 1+ years experience in State Medicaid or Federal managed care compliance (preferred)
- Certified in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) preferred
