Job Summary
Compliance Coordinator responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks within the government program are up to date and functioning, serving as the Facilities Security Officer, acting as the main point of contact for document control, coordinating yearly audits, tracking Corrective and Preventive Action requests, updating procedures with employees, coordinating back shift audits, supporting the Program Director with administrative duties, and submitting clearance documents for incoming program employees; requires attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, and experience in a manufacturing environment; involves developing and maintaining the document control program for the NFNY business unit and ensuring compliance with government requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting or equivalent
- US Citizenship willing and able to obtain government clearance
