Job Summary
Prepare and organize bid packages for timely submission by reviewing requirements, tracking deadlines, and maintaining submission schedules. Coordinate with internal teams to collect documentation, perform quality checks for client compliance, and update bid tracking logs. Follow up on missing information to ensure complete submissions while assisting with vendor registrations and administrative tasks. Maintain organized records of bids, supporting documents, and correspondence. Training will be provided for this role within the bid team.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to review documents for completeness and accuracy
