Compliance Coordinator

Conduct ongoing facility reviews of mandated systems to ensure compliance with MDOC policies, ACA standards, and agency directives. Establish periodic and annual reviews of all training programs while developing policies and procedures for facility compliance. Perform regular self-monitoring inspections separate from external audits and assist staff in preparing for ACA reviews. Assimilate and distribute monthly and quarterly operational reports to MDOC and corporate offices. Oversee the Rules Infraction Board process and ensure appropriate staffing levels for security posts and surveillance. Promote positive social skills through behavioral modeling and provide regular feedback on intervention techniques. Maintain accountability of staff, offenders, and property while adhering to safety practices. Perform other duties as assigned within capabilities. Requires high school diploma, two years related experience, and a valid Mississippi or Louisiana driver's license.
