Job Summary
Conduct monthly routine inspections of residential and common properties, including Notice of Completion checks and violation assessments, using Vantaca software. Prepare inspection reports, develop ARC policies, and distribute educational materials on compliance guidelines. Coordinate with the Architectural Review Committee by advancing action items, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and facilitating discussions. Interact professionally with members, vendors, and builders to resolve issues, while attending weekly manager meetings and monthly board meetings to advise on appealed violations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- one to two years related experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
