Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct daily reviews of direct care service notes to ensure completion for billing and reimbursement. Prepare billing records and update electronic and paper systems with current Individual Support Plans and Health Passports within 30 days of changes. Represent Easter Seals at ISP and COS meetings, ensuring annual reviews are completed and all required assessments, including quarterly psychiatric reviews, are uploaded to InfoServ. Schedule medical and psychiatric appointments, communicate pertinent follow-up information to the Nursing department, and align Service Plans, ISP, and Cost Plans to ensure proper implementation. Submit monthly reviews to case managers, offer annual member satisfaction surveys, and serve as the liaison between members, families, and agency staff.
Required Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must possess exceptional skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other electronic systems
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing each in order to meet stringent deadlines
- Ability to spend majority of the day working at a computer
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disability is preferred
- Experience working with the DDA or MCO systems is preferred
