Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary
The Compliance Coordinator collaborates with department leaders to ensure services meet state requirements and align with each person served’s ISP/PCSP. Responsibilities include maintaining current, complete documentation for all caseloads; daily review of direct care notes for billing accuracy; coordinating with the Residential Coordinator to address corrections in a timely manner; preparing billing records; representing Easter Seals at ISP and COS meetings; ensuring ISP reviews and related documents are up-to-date and uploaded (InfoServ); maintaining Health Passports and signed consents; managing annual ISP packets and medical/Release of Information forms; scheduling and communicating medical and psychiatric appointments; updating Service Plans, Cost Plans, and related records; liaising with Residential Coordinators and the Nursing department; writing monthly reviews and submitting reports to the appropriate管理 personnel; conducting member/family satisfaction activities; assigning staff training tasks; and providing potential direct care as needed. The role requires strong computer proficiency, documentation discipline, and coordination across multiple teams to ensure compliant, timely services.
Required Qualifications
- An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must possess exceptional skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other electronic systems
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing each in order to meet stringent deadlines
- 3-5 years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disability is preferred
- Experience working with the DDA or MCO systems is preferred
- Ability to spend majority of the day working at a computer
