Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary
Review direct care service notes daily to ensure billing accuracy and follow up with Residential Coordinators on missing documentation. Prepare billing records, maintain current Individual Support Plans and Health Passports in electronic systems, and ensure all required consents, assessments, and medical appointments are completed and uploaded. Represent Easter Seals at ISP and COS meetings, write monthly reviews, and submit them to state case managers. Serve as the liaison between members, families, and the agency while aligning service plans, cost plans, and approved budgets. Offer annual satisfaction surveys, assign staff training, and manage member deactivation in InfoServ. Requires an Associate's degree, 3-5 years of experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Required Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must possess exceptional skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other electronic systems
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing each in order to meet stringent deadlines
- Ability to spend majority of the day working at a computer
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disability
- Experience working with the DDA or MCO systems
