Job Summary
PT Compliance Inspector conducts inspections of residential properties and common areas to ensure compliance with community standards, issues compliance notices, tracks violations through resolution, maintains documentation and reports for leadership, and assists with the architectural request process. Requires interpreting governing documents, deed restrictions, and architectural guidelines; strong confidentiality and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office; valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug screen and background check.
