Job Summary
Lead and manage a multilingual Compliance Control & Risk Management team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, risk, and control procedures. Monitor operational quality and escalate risk issues when needed while coaching, supporting, and developing team members. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and performance. This role requires C1 or native English and French proficiency, with mandatory onboarding in Lisbon before transitioning to a 50/50 hybrid model. The annual salary ranges from €33,780 to €35,400, including a €12 daily meal allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Leading and managing a CCRM team in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, risk, and control procedures
- Monitoring operational quality and escalating risk issues when needed
- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and performance
- English: C1 or native level
- French: C1 or native level
- Proven experience in Compliance Control & Risk Management (CCRM)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases
- Excellent communication in English and French
- Previous experience in risk, compliance, or control operations
- First month: On-site in Lisbon (mandatory onboarding period)
Desired Qualifications
- French B2 may be considered if exceptionally strong and highly comfortable in professional use
