Job Summary
Manage the enterprise Conflict of Interest process by supporting both care delivery and payor functions across the health system. Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality while engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Maintain strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to resolve matters effectively. This hybrid role requires two to three days of in-office presence at Sentara Park, Virginia Beach, alongside required on-site meetings. The position supports Sentara Health's mission to improve health every day within its diverse, 30,000-member workforce.

- Bachelors Level Degree
- OHCC (Office Healthcare Compliance) Certification/Licensure
- AIHC Certification/Licensure
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) Certification/Licensure
- 2 years Compliance required
- 2 years Project Management required
