Compliance Consultant

Compliance Consultant will serve as the primary compliance contact for assigned clients and lead compliance coordination from project startup through final closeout. Responsibilities include reviewing contractor participation forms, payroll corrections, and coverage information; tracking compliance requirements to maintain project timelines; resolving prevailing wage and compliance-related issues; preparing audit documentation, project summaries, and closeout reports; partnering with project managers and compliance specialists to ensure successful project delivery; and presenting compliance updates and recommendations to clients and leadership teams. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience with government contracting, regulatory compliance, or project management, plus knowledge of prevailing wage requirements and federal compliance standards. The role supports nationwide renewable energy projects and involves direct client interaction and multi-project management within a Houston, TX context.
