Job Summary
Assess Health & Safety in the warehouse to ensure all company and customer standards are maintained and monitored. Maintain training records and safety documentation accurately in line with legislative and company requirements. Develop a Site Safety Management Plan, regularly audit it for compliance, and update it to align with current regulations. Coordinate and implement training and processes relating to Health & Safety and BRCGS programs. Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions. Complete all site inspections on time and ensure safety boards, insurance certifications, and communication zones remain current. Work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, earning £30,000 - £32,700 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar health and safety role
- Effective Communication skill
- An organised and methodical approach
- Computer Literate in Microsoft suite
- Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
- full time permanent basis
Desired Qualifications
- Have a good working knowledge within a Warehouse and Logistics operation
- IOSH qualified
