Compliance Business Partner, Part Time

Based in London, this hybrid, part-time Compliance Business Partner role partners with Marsh Corporate & Commercial to oversee and advise on compliance policies, governance, and regulatory risks. Key duties include acting as a trusted advisor on regulatory queries, attending governance and business meetings, developing and launching compliant policies and procedures for new business models and products, challenging colleagues on risk issues, maintaining awareness of regulatory developments, and providing risk-based oversight through periodic health checks. Required qualifications include experience in Insurance compliance and either ACII or ICA Diploma, with a university degree or equivalent accreditation. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and knowledge of the FCA Handbook are essential.
