Compliance Auditor

Conduct daily audits of the BSA/AML Program, perform periodic data analysis for structuring and suspicious activities, and assist the AML Compliance Officer with investigations, training, and recordkeeping. Review and maintain Minimum Internal Control Standards checklists while confirming their execution. Assist the VP of Finance and Operations Controller with asset management, including periodic inventory of fixed assets, and provide backup support. Evaluate staff methods and procedures to recommend changes for improved timeliness, accuracy, and control structure, ensuring Title 31 compliance. Document incidents, findings, and recommendations, and prepare reports on operational status and plans. Oversee BSA/AML program training administration and help develop policies to comply with updated regulations. Maintain updated user procedure manuals and flow-chart systems.
