Job Summary
Conduct onsite file audits and review applications to ensure household eligibility for federal and state affordable housing programs. Prepare reports, compile data in Excel, and distribute compliance information to property owners, syndicators, and reviewing agencies. Assist with initial lease-ups, management takeovers, and training seminars on regulations for Housing Credits, Bonds, and HOME programs. Provide phone and software support to field staff while alerting the VP of Compliance regarding noncompliance issues. Travel extensively on short notice to manage onsite operations and attend annual management reviews.
