Compliance Assurance Testing Manager

Job Summary
Compliance Testing Manager to join Group Compliance Assurance. Responsible for independent, second-line compliance assurance testing across regulatory and financial crime risk domains; design and execute tests of controls, identify weaknesses, manage and validate findings, develop testing processes (including AI support), assist in policy/procedure development, conduct investigations and reviews, and produce management-ready reports. Requires experience in design and operational testing of controls, knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (UK, EU, CySEC), and the ability to lead projects and coordinate assignments within a growing CFD firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business or accounting (preferred but not essential)
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services compliance/testing/audit/controls
- knowledge of global regulatory framework UK/Europe/CySEC
- strong analytical and communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- strong organizational and time management skills
