Compliance Associate AML/KYC

Job Summary
Review transactions, sanctions alerts, and client activity to identify potential suspicious activity requiring further investigation. Support compliance operations by managing policy updates, maintaining documentation, disclosure requests, and regulatory records. Research, prepare, and document Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) while maintaining detailed case documentation. Perform client onboarding, due diligence, account maintenance, and lifecycle activities in accordance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. Identify compliance risks, data anomalies, and financial crime indicators, escalating matters appropriately while supporting continuous process improvement. This role supports Capco Managed Services in delivering scalable operational solutions alongside strategic advisory services for leading financial institutions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- at least 1 year of compliance, AML, KYC, financial crime, or related financial services experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Desired Qualifications
- ACAMS certification
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification
- Experience with AML transaction monitoring or sanctions screening
- Familiarity with SAR preparation and regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of U.S. financial services regulations and financial crime frameworks
