Job Summary
Ensure full compliance with laws and regulations for the P2P or Multifinance industry by preparing, submitting periodic reports to regulators, and monitoring regulatory changes. Maintain proper documentation for audits and advise the business team on compliance assessments for product enhancements and new initiatives. Develop internal policies, SOPs, and checklists while conducting regular internal reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with operational teams to embed compliance requirements into daily processes and serve as the primary contact for compliance inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or fintech
- Relevant experiences in AML-CFT
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high quality outcomes
- Familiar with the regulatory landscape governing insurance brokers in Indonesia (e.g., POJK, OJK reporting requirements)
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Capability to lead a small team in a dynamic and regulated environment
- Working knowledge of risk-based compliance approaches
