Job Summary
Compliance & Systems Coordinator to support laboratory operations across sites in Perth, focusing on compliance and systems, digitisation, and operational improvements. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, documenting system requirements, coordinating system improvements, supporting Power BI/Power Automate and digital record solutions, conducting site visits, developing functional specifications and process maps, designing dashboards and workflow automations, training site management and staff, and ensuring data integrity and auditability. The role involves deploying solutions, creating test plans/UAT, maintaining digital records, and coordinating project plans with timelines and risks. The ideal candidate has qualifications in computer science or related disciplines, experience as ICT/business systems analyst or similar, and proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, dashboards, and lab/digital record systems, with approximately five days per month of site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in computer science, information systems, business systems, ICT or a related discipline
- Experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator or similar role involving business requirements, process analysis, system implementation and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, dashboards, workflow automation and operational reporting
- Experience documenting functional requirements, process maps, user guides, training materials, test plans and user acceptance testing
- Knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001 and laboratory or chemical environments (desirable)
- Competent in using LIMS/LMS platforms (desirable)
