Job Summary
Compliance and Operations Risk Test Manager (Vice President) leads the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and firm policies. Oversees control-environment assessments, identifies gaps, verifies effectiveness, and drives remediation. Manages complex testing initiatives with advanced project management to ensure timely delivery, uses deep risk-management knowledge to protect the firm’s interests and ensure regulatory compliance, and fosters strong relationships with senior stakeholders to communicate strategies and outcomes. Leads a diverse team, coordinating activities across the organization to integrate efforts and achieve firm objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading and managing complex testing initiatives within a financial institution or similar industry
- proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and firm policies
- expertise in risk management and control evaluation with focus on identifying control gaps and driving remediation
- advanced proficiency in project management with history of delivering results
- strong stakeholder management experience with senior stakeholders and communicating testing strategies and outcomes
