Job Summary
Lead role in compliance and operational risk testing within the Testing Center of Excellence. Responsibilities include planning and executing comprehensive testing processes, identifying control coverage gaps, driving remediation, and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with the firm’s risk priorities. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to adapt testing methods to evolving controls and policies for effective governance and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience executing and managing testing processes within a professional or specialized field
- demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and ability to organize, compare, and evaluate information
- experience in identifying control coverage gaps and verifying proper design/implementation of controls
- experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and potential team leadership responsibilities
- familiarity with Project Management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle
