Job Summary
Lead test execution within the Compliance and Operations Risk Testing Center of Excellence to enhance the firm’s risk management by identifying control coverage gaps, driving remediation, planning and organizing your work (and potentially that of a team), and coordinating activities across departments. Improve evaluation methods, interpret control ratings and metrics, and ensure alignment with high-risk priorities to deliver cohesive and efficient testing outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in executing and managing testing processes within a professional or specialized field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and organizing, comparing, and evaluating information to identify key insights.
- Proven ability to assess the control environment, identify control coverage gaps, and verify proper design and implementation of controls.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments with ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage a team if required.
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques to lead project management lifecycle.
