Job Summary
Compliance and Operations Risk Test Lead in the Testing Center of Excellence who will conduct comprehensive testing aligned with the firm’s risk priorities, identify control coverage gaps, drive remediation, and coordinate activities across departments. Responsibilities include planning and organizing their own work (and potentially a team), applying analytical thinking to verify controls are properly designed and implemented, interpreting policies to ensure compliance with technical standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and continuously improving control evaluation methods and metrics to strengthen the firm’s compliance and operational risk management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in executing and managing testing processes within a professional or specialized field.
