Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies across multiple business lines within the Testing Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment with regulatory and firm requirements; oversee complex testing initiatives to identify and mitigate unmitigated risks; make independent strategic decisions impacting operations, financial management, and compliance; foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate risk reports to management; manage large teams and service delivery while contributing to long-term area strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading and implementing comprehensive testing strategies in a financial institution
- Expertise in technology risk management or information security with focus on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Proven track record in managing large teams and ensuring efficient service delivery
- Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements in risk management and control testing
- Advanced proficiency with risk dashboards for SMART reporting and presentations
- Resource optimization to plan, schedule, and progress program initiatives
