Job Summary

Execute second line of defense compliance and operational risk oversight for Workplace Benefits, Front Line Units, Control Functions, and third parties. Assess risks and effectiveness of processes and controls to ensure adherence to laws, rules, and regulations while responding to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations. Identify, challenge, escalate, and mitigate risks in a timely manner, driving actions to address root causes of compliance and operational risk losses. Manage inventory of processes, risks, controls, and metrics for risk appetite and limits, assisting in the development of independent risk management reporting for governance routines. Analyze applicable laws to provide practical advice to stakeholders and monitor the regulatory environment for changes. First shift, 40 hours weekly, with an annualized salary range of $97,200 to $195,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in a compliance, risk related, or GWIM coverage area

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience in financial services and/or a similarly regulated sector
  • Experience in product offerings associated with Fiduciary or ERISA requirements
  • May require regulatory examination/registration or certification, depending on jurisdiction and role
