Compliance and Operational Risk Manager - Regulatory Reporting

Conduct real-time independent review and challenge of Enterprise Position Monitoring & Disclosures alert activity on a risk-based approach. Provide oversight of EPMD regulatory changes, control enhancements, and remediation initiatives while performing targeted assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Support the development of second-line data testing and EPMD training, and review risk and control self-assessments related to EPMD processes. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to promote effective implementation of regulatory requirements and consistently oversee less experienced team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
