Manage school settlement, reimbursement, and invoicing workflows for NIL activation, including tracking costs, confirming approvals, and preparing monthly expense reports. Administer event-based reimbursement processes with school partners by collecting documentation, monitoring timelines, and resolving clarification requests. Prepare weekly sales tracking reports to monitor revenue and expenses against budget, while supporting annual forecasting and ad hoc financial analysis. Liaise with partners on budget alignment and contract correspondence to ensure accurate billing and settlement. Work closely with Corporate FP&A and properties teams to maintain high-volume financial workstreams end-to-end.
