Job Summary
Compliance Analytics Analyst on the CCM team of the Cybersecurity GRC organization. Define and map continuous compliance control requirements aligned to regulatory obligations and internal policies; test and validate design and operational effectiveness of technical controls; translate regulatory/compliance requirements into functional specs for engineering/product teams; perform platform and release validation to ensure controls are embedded; leverage data analytics to monitor automated controls, identify anomalies, and support internal audits and regulatory inquiries; synthesize data into dashboards and presentations to communicate trends, risk posture, and actionable recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders; collaborate with engineering to embed compliance into platform design and development.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC environments
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for analyzing large datasets
- Familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks environments
- Experience analyzing data and delivering insights to support compliance reporting, remediation efforts, and risk awareness
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage/influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
