Job Summary
Manage complaints, UDAAP program management, and marketing reviews by digging into customer pain points to uncover systemic issues and delivering trend analysis that shapes product services. Maintain the UDAAP risk inventory by mapping products to consumer-harm exposures, reviewing operational processes, and conducting state-by-state regulatory research on EWA and disclosure laws. Identify and implement process improvements across compliance functions using automation and AI to reduce manual effort and strengthen risk management. Collaborate cross-functionally to support compliance testing and monitoring efforts while crafting accurate responses to regulatory complaints. This role involves working remotely with occasional travel for biannual offsites, requiring 2+ years of compliance experience in financial services or fintech.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Travel for company offsites is expected at a minimum 2 times per year
