Job Summary
Develop and communicate company expectations to internal and external customers relative to assigned compliance areas. Monitor new laws or regulatory requirements and design processes to ensure compliance with updated regulations for the company and its customers. Maintain relationships with state insurance departments and other regulatory bureaus, while assisting with special or ad hoc projects as needed. Prepare and review reports for accuracy prior to submission to management and regulators, identifying and resolving issues before delivery. This role requires five to seven years of business experience, with previous compliance and insurance experience strongly preferred. Applicants must have US work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not provided. The position is based in the US with a standard office environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Degree strongly preferred
- Previous compliance experience is strongly preferred
- Insurance experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance preferred
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance preferred
- General knowledge of the insurance industry preferred
- Knowledge of NAIC annual statement lines of business preferred
