Job Summary
Compliance Analyst role focused on advanced understanding of retirement plan provisions and ERISA regulations. Reads and interprets plan documents and related materials to ensure regulatory compliance, supports DOL/IRS and large plan audits, aids Plan Consultants with operational and compliance issues for qualified plans, performs plan administration, compliance testing, and prepares annual valuation and compliance reports for clients. Collaborates on drafting plan documents and amendments, participates in quality assurance reviews, and safeguards confidential data. Emphasizes service culture and core values, with opportunities to assist on additional tasks and projects. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with plan administration software (Relius) and professional certifications (QKA/QPA) preferred; Equal Opportunity Employer statements included; guidance to verify authenticity of postings is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 – 5 years of ERISA experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years of financial data analysis experience preferred
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization
