Job Summary
Provide services to the Compliance Group to ensure the corporation's compliance with relevant laws, executive orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities. Conduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails, making recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls. Report on status and clearance gaps to the executive team and establish a consistent control framework for all domestic and international subsidiary locations. Coordinate compliance training, initiate procedural changes due to new regulations, and monitor federal and state statutes for operational impact. Guide other departments on policy identification, documentation of required actions, and ongoing monitoring issues while managing compliance incidents and applying investigative techniques.
Required Qualifications
- A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management and Information Technology) from an accredited college or university
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of relevant experience and a Master's degree
- Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree for a total of Ten (10) years
- Experience performing compliance, legal, auditing, or related work
- Experience working in an area directly related to the mission (e.g., collection, intelligence, cybersecurity)
