Job Summary
Develop and manage the company's compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Establish internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to maintain regulatory compliance. Support external and government audits by facilitating communication across the organization, maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation, and addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Assist in developing corrective actions based on audit findings and communicate compliance findings and recommendations to relevant parties. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience; intermediate knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, SBA, and FCPA is essential. A Secret U.S. Security Clearance may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to communicate across the organization in support of an external/government audit
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements for function (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, SBA, FCPA) or other agency-specific requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
