Job Summary
Develop and maintain compliance training that translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences across multiple jurisdictions. Support governance programs by contributing to risk assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue management through documentation, reporting, and evidence collection. Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather feedback, manage content updates, and ensure training materials remain accurate and well-documented. Track training completions, coordinate enrollments, and prepare audit-ready documentation while maintaining organized version control in accordance with established standards. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes that enhance the efficiency and consistency of compliance programs. This role supports Affirm's centralized compliance programs within the Compliance Shared Services team, enabling the company to scale responsibly while protecting customers.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance programs
- preferably within financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy, or operational training
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across functions and time zones
