Assist with the implementation and management of compliance policies and procedures; support the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of downstream partner oversight activities; assist the Compliance Manager with compliance education and training for independent agents; maintain effective business relationships with vendors, outside auditors and regulators, industry compliance teams and officers, and professional trade groups; review the company's consumer-facing website and marketing materials to ensure compliance; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager.
