Job Summary
The Compliance Analyst will track and communicate US federal regulations and guidelines to ensure product compliance, conduct assessments, manage compliance reviews, interface with legal counsel, and participate in compliance core committees while potentially traveling up to 70% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing
- Experience in performing loan-level mortgage servicing processes or managing a mortgage loan servicing process or working in a Mortgage Loan Servicing Compliance role or loss mitigation and foreclosure
- Experience utilizing, searching and interpreting data on mortgage loan servicing databases
- Experience with prior mortgage loan servicing file review projects
