Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analyst will carry out periodic tests in line with the compliance monitoring plan, covering MiFID II areas such as Suitability, Appropriateness, Product Governance and Client Categorisation; interact with a wide range of business stakeholders, provide compliance feedback and recommendations, present findings at regular monitoring meetings, and contribute to enhancing the Cantor Fitzgerald investor protection framework. The role includes reviewing marketing materials and assisting with other compliance tasks, with duties under the Central Bank of Ireland’s IAF framework and the related conduct standards.
