Job Summary
Compliance Advisory Specialist III, Principal Associate responsible for delivering compliance guidance and risk management support across lines of business. Provides advisory support on applying regulatory requirements to new products and services, development of controls, monitoring, and remediation of compliance issues. Engages in risk assessments, data analysis for AML risk, and support of the AML program through audits, reviews, and training, while maintaining subject matter expertise on applicable laws and regulations. Collaborates with business units to address inquiries, escalate with subject matter experts as needed, and participate in forum engagements to ensure effective challenge and guidance on compliance risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- 3+ years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance or AML Risk Management experience
- Masters degree preferred or CAMS/CRCM certification optional
- No sponsorship for employment authorization for this position at this time
- Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and regulatory reviews
- Excellent advisory and stakeholder management skills
