Job Summary

Conduct in-house real-time audits on program files to ensure procedural guidelines and eligibility standards are met; complete eligibility audits for assigned programs within designated timelines with complete accuracy; maintain Workforce Development file management system for all client and program files, ensuring accurate, timely and complete program and personnel status data; assist in the research and analysis of assigned programs to produce reports pertaining to audits and program outcomes; maintain all spreadsheets, including audit tracking, with emphasis on data gathering and accuracy for audits; assist with inventory management, Test Center operations, reception area coverage, issuing and auditing Support Service vouchers to program staff, provide administrative support to members of Workforce Development, and any other duties as assigned; complete all required LMS and Compliance training assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • One year secretarial/administrative support experience required
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Internet and Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Strong experience in office procedures and use of office machines
  • Some college and receptionist experience preferred
  • Documentation to meet I-9 requirements, drug screen, and background check; meet staff qualifications set by Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitation Services
