Job Summary
The Compliance Administrative Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Corporate Compliance & Sustainability department, processes requisitions, manages travel arrangements, supports expense reporting, and assists in compliance information management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and extensive computer proficiency, with responsibilities that include coordinating content reviews of Compliance Policies, supporting annual sustainability reporting, and managing projects in compliance and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative or operations coordinator position preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational practices
- Extensive computer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
- U.S. Person status required (United States Citizen or U.S. Green Card holder)
