Job Summary
Notify drivers and equipment owners of TMW expirations, entry and audit road and fuel taxes, and follow up on roadside inspections and citations. Invoice for terminal break outs, enter customer trailers, and handle title work for dealerships. Maintain KTC equipment files, inventory PPE and placards, and track driver and equipment expirations. Audit manifests, call facilities for corrections, acquire monthly maintenance from owners, and manage ELD spreadsheets including issuance, returns, and charges. Provide professional interface with customers, drivers, and carriers while riding along with company drivers to understand daily operations. Requires proficiency in TMW and Motive systems, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to learn applicable FMCSA/DOT rules and regulations
- Ability to learn to compute hours of service as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (part d 395)
- Ability to learn basic understanding of transportation equipment/terminology
- Knowledge of U.S geography and map reading
- Organize and schedule workday independently
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Good interpersonal skills and service attitude
- Knowledge of electronic logging systems

- Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to companies drug free workplace policies
- Physically fit and able to sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs comfortably

- Withstand areas of noise with provided hearing protection
- Work in varying atmospheric weather and temperature conditions
