Job Summary
Compliance Administration Assistant in a Norwich-based law firm environment. Provides day-to-day support to the Head of Compliance and Compliance Officer; maintains and updates regulatory records (SRA, Law Society, Data Protection, etc.); assists with audits (Lexcel, ISO9001); supports compliance information for renewals of panels and accreditations; maintains internal registers (Complaints, Data Protection, PII, AML data); assists with training administration (Access Computer Based Training) and monitoring reports; supports conflict checks, file reviews, onboarding, and CQS processes; engages with the firm’s regulatory and client-protection obligations while delivering practical compliance solutions within a fast-paced team.
Required Qualifications
- Administration experience in a professional services or legal setting
- excellent time management, organisational and IT skills

- ability to communicate in written and verbal communications
