Job Summary
Own and evolve SEEK Pass's compliance and accreditation roadmap aligned to growth priorities. Lead all compliance and accreditation projects end-to-end, assisting in maintaining ISO 27001 and 42001 certifications. Establish scalable governance practices that meet obligations and build stakeholder confidence while championing a proactive culture of risk, security, and privacy awareness. Govern the legal review process, coordinate annual reviews of risk controls, security penetration tests, and fraud prevention activities, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment. This hands-on role requires defining processes, navigating regulatory complexity across APAC, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed security by design into product and value propositions.
Required Qualifications
- End-to-end ISO 27001 accreditation experience
- Familiarity with APAC regulatory environments
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- People leadership experience
- Eligible right to work
