Job Summary
We are seeking a BC/BE Complex Spine Neurosurgeon to join St. Luke's Neurosurgical Associates in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. The candidate will join a collegial, hospital-employed group of 10 neurosurgeons and 1 interventional neuroradiologist, with multidisciplinary collaboration across neurology, neuro-oncology, physiatry, pain management, and other services. Fellowship-training in GENERAL and COMPLEX SPINE is essential. Primary on-call neurosurgery coverage and a block OR time for new providers are available, with a focus on teamwork, research, teaching, and clinical excellence. The practice is networked across multiple campuses with extensive support staff, Advanced Practitioners, and opportunities for professional development. Required Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurological Surgery (BC/BE)
- Fellowship training in GENERAL and COMPLEX SPINE
- Ability to provide on-call general neurosurgery coverage
- Experience in a hospital-employed neurosurgery practice
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills
- Commitment to teaching, research, and quality improvement
