Complex Scheduler (Hilger Face Center) .6 FTE

Complex Scheduler for Hilger Face Center: responsible for scheduling and coordinating multiple services including appointments, imaging, labs, procedures, surgeries, and treatments. Collaborates with providers, clinic staff, schedulers across departments and locations to ensure services are timed, coordinated, and sequenced appropriately. Serves as a single point of contact for coordinating appointments, procedures/surgeries, labs, imaging, or treatments. Navigates and translates complex service protocols and standard work to ensure appropriate services are delivered. Follows standard processes/workflows to ensure safety and reliability. Prepares, manages, and updates daily schedules/calendars for physicians delivering care at multiple locations. Reviews and responds to patient messages via Epic inbox or MyChart.
