Job Summary
Senior Complex Personal Injury Attorney to lead a team in the Complex Injury Division, provide legal oversight on catastrophic injury files, mentor paralegals and case managers, manage escalated client matters, answer legal questions for the team, and help drive team performance and client service outcomes. Must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed in good standing with the North Carolina Bar (South Carolina admission a strong plus); 5+ years of personal injury experience preferred, with emphasis on catastrophic/complex injury cases. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, client advocacy, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team in a full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar (South Carolina admission a strong plus)
- 5+ years of personal injury experience, with a strong preference for catastrophic/complex injury cases
