Job Summary
Klinedinst seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney in Seattle with 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability. The ideal candidate is licensed in Washington, capable of independently handling cases, and skilled in structuring discovery plans, taking/defending depositions, managing document-intensive matters, drafting dispositive motions, and trial preparation. Experience representing clients in the financial industry is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Washington licensed with 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters
- experience in personal injury, financial services, and/or professional negligence is a plus
- strong academic credentials
- ability to independently handle cases
- experience structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases
- drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial
- commitment to teamwork and client interaction
